Through meticulous film submission, the crème de la crème of both emerging talents and seasoned maestros embark on a journey embraced by a discerning international jury panel, each member revered for their distinguished contributions to the realm of cinema.

Filmmakers can submit their works through our website and official submission platform, FilmFreeway. Review the submission guidelines and deadlines to ensure your film is eligible. We accept films across multiple categories, including narrative features, documentaries, shorts, and animations.

Submission deadlines vary by category and are generally divided into Early Bird, Regular, Late, and Extended deadlines. Fees are associated with each deadline, with lower fees for early submissions. Please refer to our website for detailed information on deadlines and fees.

Films submitted to the Polish International Cine Fest must meet specific eligibility criteria, including completion within the last two years and not being commercially released before the festival. Films are selected by a panel of industry professionals, including Jury members, veteran filmmakers, critics, and journalists. The selection process considers the film’s artistic merit, originality, technical quality, and alignment with the festival’s theme and mission.

The Polish International Cine Fest presents awards in various categories, including Monthly Winner for each category and Honorary Mentions. Winners receive recognition, trophies, and sometimes cash prizes or industry opportunities.
